Funny how isolated and detached boomers wanna argue with a guy who's spent the last 25 years living and working in the real world where White flight had already taken place years before because that's where affordable housing is, while they've been consciously White flighting their whole lives being in financial decisions to do so, using their flagrant ignorance to the matter to hide their own racism which turns into cowardice when they don't admit that they moved as soon as the blacks and browns started overcrowding their areas 😏 they were just saying something about fast food used to be a summer job for teenagers, then I chime in and say "yeah, because of all the Hispanic migrants getting jobs in them making them their careers" and boomer dude said "oh bullshit, I can go into town and look at any one of those restaurants" and I'm like "duh, because it's Aberdeen" meaning it's still majority White. You go to most of the fast food places in King county, where they White flighted from after the last Whitest part they lived at started getting the diversity cancer, is all Hispanics working restaurant jobs. Why I quit working restaurants. Like I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about. I've lived in the areas they're too scared to live where it's dangerous and you have to leave with a gun in your pants every day my entire adult life. If anybody knows what's going on in this country it's ME God damn it. Because of it I'm now like that woman who lived amongst the gorillas, what's her name? Jane Engel or whatever
