#WordWeavers 8/20 Have you ever written about a place that was very hot?
Yes! My first published short story was a horror doom scenario for the year 2022. The opening is of a father and daughter adrift on a boat in the arctic circle while it's 90 deg F. The sea ice has completely melted and fish everywhere are dying of extreme temperatures and invasive mold.
