I feel this so much! Sometimes I wish I could just film myself 24/7 for a week so people could see me at my worst, at my “average”
And at my best. Because as you say they judge you on your best day - and usually if I have a good day I pay for it in a big way. But people never see that part. They have no idea the depths of suffering or the effort I have to put in just to get through the day.
