bitstein (npub1j4u…d6x9) this is why I’m a fan of the 10th Amendment and leveraging the states as protection against the feds. Also why I’m supporting Satoshi Action Fund who is working to implement bills in each state that is the equivalent of what you posted above. Over time, with strong support at the state level we can get to the federal level, but you have to build the base and get a solid defense up before we try to go to war at the federal level.
