would it be sensible to regulate against using "AI" generated images in marketing material? that seems reasonable, because it can create misleading promotional material and the only defense is seeing the disclaimer and learning your lesson. but doesn't that logic also apply to using "AI" generated materials at any other point in the design or fabrication process for a given product? is it good enough to just have a disclaimer to waive any liability for a bad/harmful product?
