At 1,200 square feet (110 m²), it follows the Usonian principles of affordability, efficiency, and organic integration with nature.\n\n Inspired by the first Usonian house, the Jacobs House (1937), its open-plan layout, redwood and brick materials, and passive design strategies align with Wright’s vision for modern American living.\n\n Actor Jack Larson, its longtime owner, preserved the house as a significant piece of architectural history.
