So much of good communication with anyone—in this case, women—is asking good questions, listening to answers/responses, and then asking good follow up questions. By good I mean genuine, thoughtful, and fitting. They don't need to be complex or clever. Nor should you ask as if conducting an interview. Rather, in a way that displays that you genuinely care to know the person and what they think.
What qualifies as a *good* question will also vary a bit based on context and how established the relationship is. If meeting someone for the first time think about where you are—a party, a bar, a bowling alley, a library, a bitcoin meetup, a concert—and think of questions based on that context. Also, smiling, saying hello, giving your name, and asking a basic conversation starter question goes a long way..
Ill note that women have a strong radar for unspoken communication too. How you compose yourself—do you shrug, shuffle your feet, and look down a lot? Do you make eye contact? Do you smile? Do you respect personal space? etc.
This all communicates a lot to a woman, often within mere seconds of a first encounter.
Lastly, a woman worth having will not be won by how rich you are.
