Co-signed, though I live in Nashville. While I have no data to support, I can’t see Nashville having any higher crime rate than any other city of its size. Over 12 years (back) in this city, I’ve encountered zero crime, personally.
I have many friends who’ve chosen to live on the outskirts, like Michael, and they’re very happy.
