I've been looking into the code of conduct for various linux distributions and BSDs, and it is clear to me, that many are very pro-trans people, and many project sound and communicate as if they would throw out conservatives in a second.
Projects with reasonable code of conducts seem to be getting rare, but what I've found are the following:
OpenBSD and NetBSD: No formal code of conduct, but informal ones of the sort "behave" or "shut up and deliver code".
I can live with that.
