I spent like 7 months going to a sports doc. He kept draining fluid, put me on the normal meds, etc but when that didn't work, he immediately changed course. He ended up putting this oil stuff behind the kneecap. Been pain and swelling free since. Would be amazing if a doc could do that for you too cause it has helped me by leaps and bounds.
