While APAAR enrollment was underway across Indian schools, we noticed a glaring lack of guiding documents in the public domain & all directions issued under the project so far had been uploaded by schools/parents, & not by the nodal Ministries.
Thus we filed a host of RTI requests with MoE & MeitY over several months. 3/8
