I legit wish there existed a production-grade hermetic C compiler written in Rust so we could just load it up as a library and stick inside of a sandbox.
Though I don’t know how realistic that actually is. I may have written compilers before — but C compilers come with a lot more assumptions about the host system, and I don’t know how far those can be teased apart.
