Another place where AI shines is simply to not start from nothing.
I would never use AI to write my emails, however for some professional documents & messages I will make a version 1, that I will then change completely. Still saves me time compared to starting from scratch.
Code is the same, where if you ask Chat-GPT 4o to generate a skeleton of a project for you, it's probably going to save you time, but unless simple code, it can't do all the actual work for you.
