I have been dreaming about that. A combination of rv and small homes. Especially for folks who have motility issues, since RVs are not designed for folks in wheel chairs.
I dream of something like the escapees, with a much larger network, and open to folks of all ages, but only bitcoiners/nostriches because, at our core, we have things in common we don't with a lot of normies.
