The fact that this dermatologist's office can't even tell that I was a patient there for several years before the PA they had me seeing left—without them telling me ahead of time, or even after until I tried to schedule an appointment and couldn't get the online request to work—is really, really some shit. But people want to know why I want nothing to do with them? Lol ok.
