If I was doing this I'd be leaning towards this: https://shop.netgate.com/collections/desktop-appliances/products/netgate-4200-base-pfsense-security-gateway I'm a big fan of pfsense, it's future proof, and will handle the bandwidth requirements with ease, while being low power and supported.",
