Hello friends, I hope everyone is having a good Sunday! We went hiking in Elephant Rocks State Park today in an effort to get the kid out of the house, and it was a great day for it. Elephant Rocks was a red granite quarry shipping the slabs across the country for buildings but mainly used in St. Louis. It was turned into a state park with a new quarry operating nearby.
