yes as I said those settlements there were never approved. The relocations had to be done to new houses that had to be built in areas with infrastructure. But only so much per year can be allocated to new housing as the budget still needs to provide for clinics, cleaning, stormwater, regular disaster management, sewerage, road repairs, other new development areas, etc. We just had new mixed income flats finished near us too for hundreds of people.
