this is very cool! I love the bubble playlist ideas and will have to implement it on mine.
We have a more predictable cheap energy schedule. Usually I just let it heat after midnight, but in March and April it's better to heat with excess solar energy, so I have that in my automation logic.
Something I found with my spa controller is that it will randomly turn economy mode off and start heating during expensive times, so I have some alerts and automations for that
