+++ Meeting Climate Justice Movement for Essen Widersetzen +++
Dear climate justice movement,
On 28 - 30 June, the fascist-led AfD plans to hold its party conference in Essen. In order to not let this happen unopposed, the nationwide campaign Essen Widersetzen was founded a few weeks ago, which will disrupt the party conference with colourful and creative mass blockades. This campaign is already developing an impressive dynamic. We want to join this campaign as a climate justice movement - because there can be no climate justice without anti-fascism.
✊🌱 We therefore propose to mobilise with as many groups of the climate justice movement as possible to block the AfD party conference in Essen and to become visible there together as a climate movement. With a joint climate blockade point and numerous creative forms of blockade, we could make it clear that the climate justice movement is powerfully involved in the fight against fascism.
