just need to again give a shout-out to Mike Dilger (nprofile…vj6z) for his relay testing tool, with its help i have found and fixed filter tag bugs and subscription bugs in my relay rewrite/bugfix
most of the tests are now passing, just a few more wrinkles involving tags and replaceable events, and there might be a couple more wrinkles in subscriptions yet to go, but almost there
