Poor Summer doesn't know what to think.
After I warmed up with a thirty minute fast walk on my treadmill, I decided to see if any of my muscles still work.
Summer seemed concerned, but let me do my thing.
The squats went ok, and I managed roll ups and push-ups, but when I got to lunges, I stretched the arch of my foot too far and yelped before I dropped. I barely kept Summer from calling 911. She was all over me in a panic.
Lucky, it seems ok now.
Summer is not amused.
I'd better behave for the rest of the day.
