Unfortunately we've lost the meaning of so many important words. One of the most important is "education".
These people are not educated, they are simply "trained". To do what? To comply. Otherwise they can't obtain the successive "titles" that become proof of their "education".
Real education has a lot to do with training, naturally. But it's not just training.
