Now I'm back on original diet, but effects of vegan left me with full blown type 2 diabetes and kidney stones requiring stents in both kidneys and as well as lingering digestive system damage and issues. That was 12-14 years ago. If you're not a licensed doctor specializing in endocrine and digestion and nutrition, then maybe don't tell ppl what to eat. Keep your food opinions to yourself. I agree wholeheartedly with you on that.
