I'm sure a lot of neurotypicals will soon be on the hunt for The Person at Crowdstrike who just broke the world. It's important to remember that things like this are systemic failures. Many individual mistakes are required for failures like this. The solution isn't to find and punish The Person; it's to make systemic changes so this can't happen again.
