Mastodon just isn't Twitter or tumblr or cohost when it comes to art, and art is most of what I follow on Twitter, so the "you should feel bad because X" doom scrolling despair seeps in between smut and FFXIV material. Here it's just nonstop "you have to feel like shit and we'll pummel you with hate until you switch out in exhausted disgust" and I hate it. I'm going to have to start unfollowing people.
