The essential oil blend called thieves, and the one called breathe easy are great for fighting colds when rubbed on the chest and back of neck with a carrier oil and they will help boost your immunity. When I was younger I caught a pneumonia called mycoplasma pneumonia which almost killed me, and gave me a poor immune system. When I hit my early mid 20's I started using essential oil blends to help fight all the colds I would always be fighting. Now I only get sick maybe once a year.
