Me: Slackware back in 94.
Friend: Did you enjoy installing Slackware?
Me: Not really. On my first attempt, I lost my DoS partition. Then I couldn't get X running on. But, yes, apart from that, I loved it.
Friend: And you decided to stick around it for the rest of your life?
Me: *nervous chuckle*
Friend: Well?
Me: Why not? I already lost data, and it can't get worst than this. Lmao. So I kept my Linux, and the rest is history.
