Of course what a newspaper reports as ‘considering’ is frequently just scuttlebutt, however given NiNu Labour’s cosiness with lobby groups this does worry me.
Installing solar power at construction is the cheapest way to do it.. But maybe they (and the English house builders) have not got the message about costs and pressure on budgets.
