I've tried to ask people about this before.
Presumably, our sun will burn out before we're even close to being drawn into a black hole.
We have, what, 8 billion years before the sun dies? How many billion before the sun, or what's left of it, gets sucked into a black hole?
Or is it just not gonna happen?
