Yesterday I mentioned Christine, my first girlfriend when I was 17. Can't get her out of my head now. It was a summer romance of six weeks and I screwed it up by saying something stupid. Looking back I think my autism played a part in that.
She possibly gave me a chance to try again but I screwed those up too looking back on it.
To say she's important part of my life is probably an understatement as I didn't find another girlfriend until my early thirties and she became Mrs Wife. 😊
