If you're with a tribe because of a choice (as opposed to dependency), then you are free and independent and able to walk away. This makes room for love.

If you're with a tribe because you depend on it and need it, you are a slave to that tribe and cannot walk away and hatred will arise sooner or later. This is also true for partners of course, the truth being that dependency breeds resentment.

If you are not able to be alone, you depend on having people around you and you will not choose them freely and I wouldn't call them friends, but servants, because they serve your need for company.

I'm not advertising to be 100% alone of course, all the contrary, i'm talking about the REASON for not being alone: Either you're not alone, because you're afraid of being alone or you're not alone because you choose not to.

One of the best experiences in my life was to have the space to be alone for a long long time and being able to overcome that fear of being alone.
