Having finished the Hobbit trilogy recently, we’ve started watching the lord of the rings trilogy. The fellowship of the ring looks really dated now, not the special effects but more on the cinematography, particularly in the use of slow motion and superimposition. Looks like it’s from the 80s more than from 2001 to be honest…
