For just a blog - there is Wordpress (about 45% of all sites) and then everyone else. You can get a hosted site at a variety of places & price point. An export from Wordpress should import anywhere else if you need to move.
If you want an all-in-one commerce solution, you could try Squarespace. Costs a bit but it is a pretty good turnkey system.
