It's probably best to think about it as a coldwar II where Russia and America are squeezing Europe until someone pops and if no one does then well that is a win for the world perhaps. A couple of humvees across a river or some airplanes tweeted about does not make a World War, but it does make television or even decent Nostr? Who can say without being there and reporting on it for real.
