One upside of this AC swap is that I'm switching to an Ecobee thermostat and finally kicking my old Nest to the curb. Sayin' bye-bye to one more Google spy!
And my new unit is a dual-stage unit, so hopefully that will save me some money in the long-run while I'm here at home for most of the day these days. I don't know if I'll be able to live with the right set temperature to achieve those savings, but hopefully it will be more efficient at maintaining the set temp than my old single-stage unit was. 🤞
