Matters of public health really ough not to be intertwined with matters of reproductive health.
It's not just 3rd parties being involved with public health, it's often the health system itself, as we saw during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and entire communities.
Clearly the state has a compelling interest in protecting the integrity of the health system's ability to provide adequate care to communities and protect communities' health and welfare.
