I highly recommend Oat Malk if you can find it. Least additives for best price I could find. A lot of the others are expensive or have no flavor.

I thought I was lactose intolerant forever but then picked up some raw milk as a test and sure enough I can drink it just fine. But it’s also possible my allergies changed or whatever. But either way if you can give it a shot.
