I like the sea when there are only a few people around or even better.... None 😄 I don't like the crowded beaches and harbours at summer. For me 10 people is a crowd 😁 In Summer time you can not convince me to go to the coast. I prefer peopleless mountainsides.
This house is for someone who doesn't mind having high frequency of people all day round around their house. And absolutely perfect for a restaurant.
