This week, the situation escalated. Late last week, Prof. Shalhoub-Kevorkian appeared on a podcast called "Makadisi Street" (from what I can tell, basically just a pro-Palestinian podcast, but I haven't listened to an episode other than Shalhoub-Kevorkian's, so I don't know). In the 1.5 hour interview, she at one point said that we need to "abolish Zionism". She again repeated charges of genocide. She also said this about sexual violence during Hamas's attacks on Israel on October 7: 4/13
