Obviously orcas are NOT our friends. Why would they be?
Humans capture and imprison orcas. Humans also capture and imprison dolphins, and have killed them by the thousands while hunting for tuna. Plus, during the last two centuries, humans have murdered more than a million whales, a close relative of orcas.
Now tell me, why *should* orcas be our friends?
