I find it really frustrating when people confidently proclaim "that violates the ADA! they're going to get sued so hard lol!"
like, (1) the ADA does not provide the amount or clarity of protection that you're assuming,
(2) the resources required to sue someone for an ADA violation means most people can't,
(3) the chances of winning an ADA suit? so low it makes me wonder, why are you trusting a power-protecting government so much? I really don't get it
