This is a long-shot, but I have to go to Las Vegas for work and will be staying at the Sahara. Can anyone recommend any good vegan or vegetarian food within a mile or so of there? Or really, ANY #vegan or #vegetarian food. The hotel is near the corner of E. Sahara Ave. and S. Las Vegas Blvd.
