The thing is that, i KNOW you can not make good work in that time for that price. Unless you are willing to deliver bad crunched work. And i have respect for the people who valuate my work, so even for free, i would never say "Yeah! i can give you 7 games in a month!". And i can, but we all know the quality they will have.
