a 17 year old cannot legally purchase a handgun anywhere in the U.S. where did he get it (partially rhetorical, my guess is it’s stolen and bought on the street). Will his parents be locked up for manslaughter, if they can find them? His Auntie has set up a gofundme for his funeral.
