Reading plenty of toots about Bluesky. And I really don't get it. Why switch from one platform to another where they essentially share the same characteristics? (X for Bsky)
Genuinely interested in why that is seen as a good alternative? So "we" want a professionally developed service, but not willing to entertain the idea that money will need to be made? How about staying on Mastodon, pay 1$/month to support Mastodon and join Mastodon.social?
