last night, anarchists in so-called Portland targeted the Aladdin Theater in response to their platforming Matisyahu, a known zionist. Matisyahu has been vocal in his support of the fascist ethnostate of Israel for years, and we find it unacceptable that he should be given a stage on which to perform - so we threw paint all over their marquee and knocked down some letters and we had a lot of fun doing it. it is our hope that these actions will prompt the Aladdin Theater to follow several other venues around the country in canceling Matisyahu's show, which is currently scheduled for Monday, February 26 at 7pm... according to Aladdin's website, this show is sold out! who knew there were so many supporters of zionism (and terrible music) in this city?
