ploum (npub1sty…2gkm) I find it astonishing how many companies seem to only use those tools for communication.
Instead of providing a company website with news which than get linked from those tools.
That way they would reach everyone as everyone has access to their site. Adding an RSS feed is also helpful.
But yeah... Companies and customers. I often don't understand them.
