In all of Sodom and Gomorrah, there was exactly *one* non-evil family, and they were given ample time and warning to evacuate.
Even if someone does bring a new Sodom and Gomorrah, no innocents will suffer God's precision-guided wrath (unless they look at the explosion), so why worry?
