Even an AGI couldn't look at the "totality of the data" walker (npub1cj8…rz4u) - combinatorial explosion is too large, the CPU and/or RAM needed would literally collapse into a black hole.
It's physically impossible, which is why markets and price signals are so important for any system that it sufficiently complex.
